Goshenite Seniors Services Inc. Driving Seniors Companionship program helps seniors with transportation to and from appointments across the Greater City of Sudbury. If you are a senior living independently in your own home within the Greater City of Sudbury area including (Val Caron, Val Therese, Hanmer, Skead, Garson, Coniston, Wahnapitea, Azilda, Chelmsford and Onaping, we will provide personalized door-to-door transportation.

We offer accessible transportation to meet individuals needs for those who no longer drive to enable them to get easy access to medical appointments and services, recreation centres, shopping and or community and family events. Enabling the Greater City of Sudbury as an age-friendly city where physically active, leisure and social activities can be ventured into with confidence makes the whole community work better.

Description of service:

A Driving Seniors Companion will meet you at your home, assist you to and from the vehicle, bring you into the appointment office, and may also accompany you into your appointment or run errands for you. We will return you to your home after your appointment. We provide assistance in attending home support interviews, medical appointments, grocery shopping, dental appointments, and many others.
