Here When You Need It

Kids Help Phone

Kids Help Phone provides free, confidential mental health support to young people across Canada. Youth can connect with trained crisis responders and professional counsellors by phone, text or online, and access helpful information and resources for whatever they may be going through.

Children’s Aid Society

Children’s Aid Society – Resources for Youth provides support and information for young people who may be experiencing abuse, neglect, family conflict or other difficult situations. Youth can access help, learn about their rights and find resources to help them stay safe and supported.

Canadian Mental Health Association

Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) provides mental health information, resources and support to people across Canada. Their website offers guidance on getting help, crisis support, mental health education and connections to local CMHA services.

Sudbury Youth Wellness Hub

Sudbury Youth Wellness Hub provides free services for youth ages 12–25 in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. Services include mental health support, primary care, peer support, employment and housing support, along with activities that promote skills, wellness and connection.
